Refrigerated Truck Loading Checklist Quick Implementation Version
Pre Loading Inspection Three Key Items

First pre cool the compartment Cool the compartment to the set transport temperature before loading goods

Second check unit performance Start the unit and confirm strong cold air flow from the air outlet

Third clean the compartment Ensure the evaporator air outlet and return air vent are free of debris and frost

Special note Loading room temperature goods without pre cooling will make the unit take hours to lower the temperature which is easy to be misjudged as a unit failure

During Loading Inspection Five Core Standards

First keep the area in front of the air outlet clear Do not stack any goods to ensure unobstructed cold air flow

Second maintain distance between goods and roof Keep a clearance of at least 220 millimeters

Third control goods height Do not load higher than the balance height of the air outlet

Fourth keep proper distance between goods and air outlet Avoid blocking or close contact

Fifth stack goods correctly Leave cold air circulation channels between goods and do not stack tightly.Special note Blocked air outlets cause cold air short circuit and frequent defrosting resulting in failed temperature reduction.

Post Loading Inspection Two Key Items
First close the compartment door Ensure the door is tightly closed and the seal is intact without damage or gaps

Second check temperature setting and display Confirm the set temperature is correct and the actual temperature is gradually approaching the set value

Driving Observation Three Points

First monitor temperature change Stop to check if the air outlet is blocked by shifted goods if temperature does not drop or rises for a long time

Second observe unit operation Adjust goods immediately if frequent defrosting occurs which is a typical loading problem

Third check engine water temperature Stop and cool naturally if water temperature is too high

Quick Troubleshooting One Minute Method

If the unit runs continuously but temperature does not drop the most likely cause is blocked air outlet or frequent defrosting Solution is to rearrange goods and ensure proper clearance

If temperature drops too slowly the cause may be lack of pre cooling or over dense stacking Solution is to pre cool before loading and leave air ducts

If temperature fluctuates the cause is frequent defrosting Solution is to check if goods are too close to the evaporator

If the unit starts and stops frequently the cause may be improper temperature setting or insufficient refrigerant Solution is to contact professional maintenance
